CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Gensu Trade UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Im Engelbrauck 2, 44532 Lünen, Germany, Tel.: 0049 172 3578422, E-mail: info@gensutrade.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
