A. Cancellation Instructions

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their trade nor to their independent professional activity.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Gensu Trade GmbH, Im Engelbrauck 2, 44532 Lünen, Germany, Phone: #####, Email: info@gensutrade.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward or without sufficient postage.
3) Please note that the provisions in points 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
