Stainless steel products are manufactured using a molding system specifically for the part of the vehicle where they are to be attached.
Stainless steel products are produced from A 304 grade stainless steel.
The products are delivered ready for installation with high-quality double-sided acrylic tape on the back.
Installation instructions:
Install in a dry and dust-free environment.
After taking the product out of the packaging, be sure to perform a test fit at the location where it is to be installed, without removing the protective surface of the double-sided tape.
Clean the surface where the product is to adhere thoroughly with a cleaning liquid.
If the product includes an adhesive-reinforcing "primer" wipe, apply it only to the area on the cleaned surface where the adhesive tapes on the back of the product will adhere and cover.
For the double-sided tape on the back of the product to reach its full adhesive potential, the ambient temperature must be above 25°C. After removing the protective surface of the tape, apply heat to the tape to increase the bond strength.
Once you have removed the protective surface of the tape on the back of the product and applied heat, apply the product immediately to the cleaned and, if applicable, primed surface. Ensure it adheres well by applying pressure with a dry cloth. For the product to adhere firmly, protect it from water for 24 hours.
