Stainless steel products are made from A 304 grade stainless steel.
The products are delivered ready for installation with high-quality double-sided acrylic adhesive tape on the back.
Installation instructions:
Install in a dry and dust-free environment.
After taking the product out of the packaging, make sure to perform installation rehearsals at the area where it is to be attached, without removing the protective surface of the double-sided adhesive tape.
Thoroughly clean the surface where the product is to adhere using a cleaning fluid.
If the product includes an adhesion-promoting "primer" wipe, apply it only to the area on the cleaned surface where the adhesive tapes on the back of the product will adhere and the product will cover.
For the double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the product to develop its full properties, the ambient temperature must be above 25°C. After removing the protective surface of the tape, apply heat to the adhesive tape to increase the bonding strength.
After removing the protective surface of the tape on the back of the product and applying heat, apply the product immediately to the cleaned and, if applicable, primed area. Ensure it adheres well by applying pressure with a dry cloth. To ensure the product adheres firmly, protect it from water for 24 hours.
